Mad Hatter

The Mad Hatter is a grinning anarchist in my mind; a scruffy, strange & slightly dangerous man whose sanity is in tatters and hanging by a thread - much like his physical appearance, with his stitched-up hat and trenchcoat and his assortment of facial scars, inflicted by Card Soldiers whom he fights for the sheer thrill of it.
